Ulead PhotoImpact 3

Ulead PhotoImpact which was initially named ledit was developed by Ulead Systems which was later on bought by Corel. The development of this program was discontinued in 2009 but is still made available through Corel. X3/13 was the last version of PhotoImpact that was released in the market. It is a program used for editing vector and raster graphics. The program has several HTML tools including HTML assistant, rollover assistant, button library, background designer, as well as an imagemap assistant. PhotoImpact offers a wide variety of art works, native filters and special effects. It has built-in SmartGuides and Express fix mode which allows the capability of learning effortlessly. It has a feature called EasyPalette consists of tools such as brushes, shapes, objects, animations and effects among the others. Included in the package are Painter Essentials 3 which is used for digital art creation and Corel MediaOne Plus which is being used for organizing photos.
