IWIS Chain Engineering

Chain engineering is a solution being offered by iwis to their customers in terms of agricultural-related needs. They offer a wide variety of solutions and chains which are said to be of high performance. The chains that they are providing have excellent level of wear resistance which has high consistency, greater length tolerance as well as extreme precision. During the initial phase of its creation, the chains being provided are greased to make sure that it is protected from corrosion. The strength of the chains being provided is comparable or is said to be higher than that of the standard set by ISO/DNI. It provides its users with an analysis for the strength which uses different tools including FEM. Metallography as well as microscopy are being used as a technique for analysing and different chemical and mechanical properties of the chains.
