Clickteam Multimedia Fusion is used for game and software creation. The Multimedia Fusion application was generated by Clickteam as a program which can be utilized by developers to make easy interactive multimedia games for Microsoft Windows-based systems. Clickteam is a software company founded by François Lionet, Yves Lamoureux and Francis Poulain, in 1993, headquartered in Paris, France. It is well known for the creation of a script-free programming tool that enables users to create video games or other interactive software using a range of GUI tools. The improvement that is visible in the environment provided by the Multimedia Fusion software can be utilized to save source code data in a CCA file. The control of these CCA files may also consist of references to images and other essentials applied by the author of the CCA file into the interactive multimedia game as background, foreground and character designs. These are categorized as data files and are expressly known as Multimedia Fusion files. Older versions of the Multimedia Fusion software utilize files affixed with the .cca extension, however, recent versions of this software do not use the CCA format anymore, since the MFA format is now the standard data files of these versions.
