Nuance PaperPort

The PaperPort application that was developed by Nuance Communications Inc. works well with scanned documents. It is a desktop document management system that allows users to easily manage their documents as it is used for storing, sharing and finding documents on a certain network as well as it allows users to access their files using iphone and other mobile devices. This application features a PaperPort Anywhere Sync Connector that allows users to connect to this application no matter where they are located. There are also scanning improvement features contained in this software. This feature provides users with a more enhanced scanning capability as well as there are also folder note improvement features, allowing users to add notes to a certain folder easily. Its new workspace option feature contributes a lot to enhanced productivity as buttons have been added for recently scanned documents, saving users the time remembering where their recently scanned documents are located. The Nuance Paperport application can open files in the PTN format.
