i like this question0 Like ItFollowI asked before and am very frustrated. Now your system does not have my email address I used to purchase your product. Do your records show my purchase? I paid twice! Once for the software and then for the upgrade. When I enter the activation code, the software says it can't get on the Internet. But I'm on the Internet.
